Join us for a two-day African American & Diasporic Communities Health Summit focused on strengthening health and wellness across Nebraska.

The summit will bring together community members, healthcare professionals, advocates, public health leaders, nonprofits, and policymakers to explore health disparities, identify community priorities, and strengthen pathways toward healthier communities.

Attendees will have opportunities to learn, connect, collaborate, and help shape priorities for improving health outcomes across Nebraska.
